Interloop welcomes fresh graduates including 50% women, across various functions through the annual Management Trainee Officers program. It is a 06 months contract that exposes MTOs to a variety of operational and strategic roles, creating enormous learning opportunities. The systematic and rigorous selection process includes written tests, assessment centre activities, and interviews. After final evaluation, successful MTOs are offered permanent jobs.


Fresh graduates having at least 16 years of education from an accredited institution, recognised by the Higher Education Commission of Pakistan (HEC)/Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) or reputed foreign institutes, with a minimum CGPA of 3.00 OR 70% marks (for local graduates) and 65% marks (for foreign graduates) in the following disciplines are eligible to apply.

Only 2021 and 2022 passed graduates are eligible to apply with maximum age of 26 years.
